Some funny moments, but not enough to recommend. The funny bits, while funny at first, lose their energy when the bits are repeated over and over. The first rewrite took fucking forever, mainly because of the “day job” taking five and a half months instead of four. 16 hours a day, seven days a week burnt me out and I had trouble getting back into writing, or anything for that matter. Once I did, the rewrite didn’t take long. I just [...]

Ugh. What can I say about this film. Two exceptional actors are wasted in this uninteresting story. I can appreciate a twist, but all along the way, in this mystery, we are led to believe one thing, and that steals the fire of that “twist”. It also robs the film of any suspense or tension.

Sobering and depressing as hell. However, it is thought provoking and worth a watch.
