Wow. Claire Danes is phenomenal in this role. Her portrayal of a person with autism is positively spot on. The film brought many a tear to my eye, and it really opened my eyes to seeing the world through a different lens when interacting with people with autism. I felt pride and hope after watching this, and it should be recommended viewing for everyone.

Beginning in June 2007, for every movie I watched, I wrote a review in approximately 100 words or less. I have certainly watched thousands of movies in my lifetime so far. My goal was to try and encapsulate my raw, visceral feelings immediately after watching the film. Some films deserved more than 100 words, most decidedly less. Yes, I am a movie fanatic. Movies are my life. ;)
